The Palax KS35 wood processor is capable of cutting wood in any length, and splitting in 2,4,or 6 pieces. Bearfoot processes firewood every year for both the home heating and the campfire wood markets. Located directly on Hwy 17 and your last stop before venturing to the many campgrounds in the area, Bearfoot has the dry firewood to ensure your vacation evenings are sparked by quality firewood.
Heating Wood: Bearfoot processes dry, hardwood, heating wood in 12 and 14 inch lengths. Customers do not need a wood splitter, do not need a chainsaw, and in fact do not need an axe to heat with our wood. Each piece is of uniform length and split to the most efficient size. Available in .35 cubic metre and 1 cubic metre bags, by the facecord, or by the full cord, Bearfoot has your firewood.
Campfire Wood: Usually a mix of hard and softwood, taken directly from our forest, this wood is dried, split, and bagged in .35 cubic metre bags for ease of handling and transportation. Special orders are always welcome, and we can process what you want - give us a call.
Sept 2019: Wood is ready for the season - Dry, seasoned, combination of Maple and Oak - bit of Beech and Yellow Birch mixed in.
2019 $: 400.00 per cord. You pick it up, although I can load it on your truck or trailer with the tractor.
Campfire Wood: 10$ per bag, 3 of 25$
